Las Burras

San Juan Province, Argentina

Location

The “Las Burras” Project is located in the Frontal mountain range, about 40km W-NW of the town of Calingasta, Province of San Juan. It is an area of 70,000 hectares of grassroot type, with great potential for discovery of “Epithermal” and “Porphyry Cu” deposits.

So far there are only prospective works, in a large part of the Project; with identification of more than 10 altered and mineralized zones; and a geochemical sampling of almost 300 samples (rock chip and stream sediment). In addition there are some research works; made in one of the most important areas (Portezuelo de Las Burras area).

Two important areas with strong alteration of the "High Sulfuration" type have been identified: "Choca" and “Entre Cordilleras"
